As a former NFL Player for the Indianapolis Colts, Damon is passionate about youth mentorship. Promoting positive youth development through stem-based educational components. Advocating social-emotional wellness programs that provide positive role models, support, and guidance to help them reach their full potential. 

After over 25 years as an Executive in Corporate America,  Dawn is driven by a passion to give back to local communities and create partnerships to mentor and empower leaders. Her goal is to develop positive relationships and offer the tools, training, and resources to assist entrepreneurs with opportunities that foster economic growth to attain equity.
